Abstract
This invention provides compounds which are analogs to the hydrolysis transition-state of a cocaine benzoyl ester group. This invention also provides such analogs linked to carrier proteins, and antibodies thereto. This invention further provides pharmaceutical composition for decreasing concentration in a subject using the antibodies produced.
Claims Summary
1. An antibody capable of binding a transition state analog for the hydrolysis of cocaine benzoyl ester group and against the compound having the structure: ##STR60## wherein R’ is O or CH2 and R is a hydrocarbon chain or a series of hydrocarbon linked by amide, ester or other functional group, capable of linking to a carrier protein.
