Abstract:
Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for glow in the dark swim goggle frame and band, as shown.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top-down dorsal view that shows the overall design of the glow in the dark swim goggle frame and band.

FIG. 2 is a bottom-up ventral view that shows the overall design of the glow in the dark swim frame and band.

FIG. 3 is a face-on perspective view of the glow in the dark swim frame showing the inset wherein the lenses are placed.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the glow in the dark band showing the Y-shaped split of the band into a dorsal and ventral component, with each component having the shape of waves on their respective dorsal and ventral edges respectively.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the circular band-release button on the side of the glow in the dark frame.

FIG. 6 is a birds-eye-view that shows the shape of the wings of the glow in the dark frames that the band is fed into so that the components are attached.

FIG. 7 is a bottom up view that shows the shape of the wings, from the ventral side of the glow in the dark frames that the band is fed into so that the components are attached.

FIG. 8 is a behind perspective view of the frame and goggles that shows the eye cups attached to the frame and the curve of the nose rest within the frame.

FIG. 9 is a lateral view of the band showing the internal gap between the dorsal and ventral wavy components.

FIG. 10 is a close up view of the nose rest and its continuity and relative incorporation with the glow in the dark frame; and,

FIG. 11 is an exact face on view of the frame showing the lens inset and opening of the frame relative to the inset as the frame distance is progressively more distal from the wearer.
