Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a vehicle side sill, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle side sill showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof, depicted from the left end of FIGS. 1 and 3;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showings of an interior surface in FIG. 2 form no part of the claimed design.
