Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a dry condiment dispenser, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a isometric view of a dry condiment dispenser showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, other elevation views being identical.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a isometric view of a dry condiment dispenser showing an alternate embodiment of our new design.

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view thereof, other elevation views being identical.

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in the figures are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. Further, the vertical phantom line segments in the center of the view shown in FIG. 6 represent unnecessary environment, namely internal structural elements of the dry condiment dispenser that might be visible through the transparent panel, and such phantom line segments form no part of the claimed design. The unclaimed, internal structural elements are not depicted in FIG. 5 for purposes of clarity.
