Abstract:
Claim: CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a device for delivering cellular material and physiologic fluids to a subject, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of a device for delivering cellular material and physiologic fluids with a needle assembly showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top perspective view;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top elevational view;

FIG. 7 is a bottom elevational view;

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view of the device with a cover showing our new design;

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 11 is a back elevational view;

FIG. 12 is a side elevational view, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top elevational view;

FIG. 14 is a bottom elevational view;

FIG. 15 is a bottom perspective view of the device without a needle assembly showing our new design;

FIG. 16 is a top perspective view;

FIG. 17 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 18 is a back elevational view;

FIG. 19 is a side elevational view, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 20 is a top elevational view;

FIG. 21 is a bottom elevational view;

FIG. 22 is a bottom perspective view of a needle assembly with a cover for the device showing our new design;

FIG. 23 is a top perspective view;

FIG. 24 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 25 is a back elevational view;

FIG. 26 is a side elevational view, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 27 is a top elevational view; and,

FIG. 28 is a bottom elevational view.

The broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
