Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a fender holder showing my new design;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is left side elevation view of FIG. 1, the right side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a reduced perspective view of my invention shown in use on a boat in phantom; and,

FIG. 9 is another view of FIG. 5 shown in use on the boat in phantom.
