CLAIM The ornamental design for a building element, as shown and described. |
| Description: |
This design application claims priority, under Title 35 United States Code .sctn. 119(a)-(d), to Australian Patent Application No. 17003/2007 filed in Australia on Mar. 21, 2007, which is incorporated herein by reference. The design application is also related to U.S. Design Patent Application No. 29/295,170 , which application is filed concurrently with this application on Sep. 21, 2007, and U.S. Design Patent Application No. 29/295,176, which application is filed concurrently with this application on Sep. 21, 2007.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the building element of the present design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a back elevation view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof, and the top plan view is a mirror image of this view, and therefore has been omitted; and,
FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof, and the left side elevation view is a mirror image of this view, and therefore has been omitted. The claimed design is broken on the top and left sides to indicate indefinite length.
