Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a fire engine-simulating sconce, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top-side perspective view of a lighting fixture showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view, with the rear plain and unornamented;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view.
