CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a chandelier element, as shown. |

FIG. 1 is a front view of a chandelier element showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a back view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a left-side view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a right-side view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof.
The element has two stylized candles perched atop a series of curved members, where each of the curved members connects at one point or another to another curved member, and where each of the curved members and the stylized candles have a thin cut-out portion in its center. On the outer edges of the sides of two of the curved members are small tabs.
