Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a removable grip for stair hand rail, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a removable grip for stair hand rail showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a first side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a first end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a second side elevational view as seen from the side opposite that of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
