CLAIM The ornamental design for a transitional image display for mobile phone, as shown and described.
Description:

FIG. 3 is a front view of the first image in the sequence for the transitional image display for mobile phone of FIG. 2 without the broken line showing of the mobile phone for convenience of illustration;
FIG. 4 is a front view of the second image thereof;
FIG. 5 is a front view of the third image thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a front view of the fourth image thereof.
The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 3 6. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another.
