Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a pop-up window and user interface for display on a television receiver, as shown and described.

The broken line showing of a television receiver and a speaker is included for the purpose of illustrating the pop-up window and user interface displayed on a television receiver and forms no part of the claimed design.
