Claim: CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a component of heat-insulating doors and windows, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front view of a component of heat-insulating doors and windows of the claimed design, the rear view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof broken on the end to indicate indefinite length, the left side being identical thereto.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 3, the broken lines showing adjacent structures are for illustrative purpose only and form no part of the claimed design.
