Claim: CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a vegetation barrier for fence, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is an isometric view of vegetation barrier for fence showing my design. The broken lines showing a portion of a fence is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, which is the same as the left side view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a right end view thereof, which is the same as the left end view thereof.
