Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a portion of a recoil cover for an internal combustion engine, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portion of a recoil cover for an internal combustion engine according to an embodiment of the present design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the portion of a recoil cover for an internal combustion engine shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the portion of a recoil cover for an internal combustion engine shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the portion of a recoil cover for an internal combustion engine shown in FIG. 1;
