Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a surface configuration of a vehcile tail light, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a surface configuration of a vehicle tail light showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a right-handed version thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of a right-handed version thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of a right-handed version thereof.

The broken line showings of the vehicle rear end area are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
