Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a banded drill bit, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a banded drill bit showing an embodiment of my new design, all other side views showing the same stippled bands.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the embodiment of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of a banded drill bit showing another embodiment of my new design, all other side views showing the same stippled bands.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the embodiment of FIG. 3.

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the banded drill bit showing yet another embodiment of my new design, all other side views showing the same stippled bands.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the embodiment of FIG. 5.
