Claim: CLAIM The ornamental design for a dust cover for a valve, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top, front, left perspective view of a dust cover for a valve showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is top plan thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The subject matter shown in broken line in FIG. 1 represents the location of unclaimed environmental structure--viz., the location of a container and valve--which can be of any ornamental appearance and forms no part of the claimed design.
