Claim: The ornamental design for an interlocking decorative garden enclosure module, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an interlocking decorative garden enclosure module showing the design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of an interlocking decorative garden enclosure module showing a second embodiment of the design, the sole differences being in the height of the module and with an additional end-hooked cross-piece; and,

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of an interlocking decorative garden enclosure module showing a third embodiment of the design, the sole differences being in the height of the module, and the addition of two non-end-hooked cross-pieces.
