Claim: The ornamental design for a "handle for utensil," as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top perspective view showing a first embodiment of a "handle for utensil" incorporating the design of our invention;

FIG. 8 is a reduced top perspective view of the handle of FIG. 1 resided in a brush;

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view showing a second embodiment of a "handle for utensil" incorporating the design of our invention;
