Claim: I claim the ornamental design for a footwear upper portion, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a footwear upper portion, from the front and left side, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof, from the rear and left side;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof.
