Claim: The ornamental design for a pair of handles for gift bag, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing my new design of the pair of handles for gift bag in which the phantom lines illustrate a gift bag that the handles attach and are not a part of my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 3 is rear view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left end view therof.

FIG. 5 is a right end view thereof.
