Claim: The ornamental design for pet identification collar, as shown and described.
Description: The invention in the drawing goes to a pet identification collar having a transparent compartment over a portion thereof. The compartment can contain an identification insert.

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view thereof.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown; and,
