Claim: The ornamental design for a seat belt positioner with improved fastener array, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a seat belt positioner with improved fastener array in an opened unfolded condition showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an environmental view of the seat belt positioner with improved fastener array of FIG. 1 installed on a seat belt and folded over a should belt for securing a passenger therein; the broken lines forming no part of the present invention;

FIG. 9 is a top view of a second alternative embodiment of a seat belt positioner with improved fastener array showing my new design, the bottom is disclosed in FIG. 3;
