Claim: The ornamental design for an oval wall plate, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a right front perspective view of a first embodiment of the design, showing an oval wall plate having two concentric rings each having a tapered profile around its circumference, a central portion flush with the inner ring, and standard duplex receptacles for electrical plug sockets.
