Claim:	The ornamental design for a shoe upper, as shown and described.
Description:	FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe upper showing my new design; FIG. 2 is a side view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a front view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a rear view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and, FIG. 5 is a top view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1. The uneven broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design. All other uneven broken lines represent the remaining portion of the shoe.
