| Abstract: |
|
| Claim: |
The ornamental design for the shoe upper, as shown and described. |
| Description: |
FIG. 1 is a left side elevational view of a shoe upper showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
The broken line showing of a shoe sole in FIGS. 1-5 is environmental and forms no part of the claimed design.
Please note that the Figures (photographs) are informal drawings and include broken and solid lines. The area within the solid red lines forms the claimed design. The area within the broken red lines is environmental. Symbols and objects which appear within the solid red lines and are marked through with an X do not form part of the design claimed in the Figures in which they appear. These symbols and objects will be replaced in the formal drawings with a continuation of the material which is immediately adjacent thereto. Please note that color and contrast form no part of the claimed design in any of the Figures and may be replaced in the formal drawings. Texture also forms no part of the claimed design in any of the Figures and may be replaced in the formal drawings with untextured material, without departing from the design disclosed. The inventors anticipate that the invention can be any part, portion, element or combination of elements of the depicted shoes.
