Claim:	The ornamental design for a wrist radius watch, as shown and described.
Description:	FIG. 1 is a right perspective view. A clasp mechanism, not shown, forms no part of the claimed design; FIG. 2 is a top perspective view of my new design applied to a hand; and, FIG. 3 is a side perspective view showing a clasp mechanism position.
