Claim: The ornamental design for a nut cracker, as shown and described.
Description: FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are perspective views of a nut cracker, in varying positions of opening, showing my new design;

FIG. 5 is a first side view thereof, the opposite side view is identical to the first side view in mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; the bottom plan view is identical to the top plan view in mirror image.
