Claim: The ornamental design for a control valve for a refrigerant compressor, as shown.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front view of the control valve for a refrigerant compressor, according to a first embodiment of the design. A rear view of the design is identical to the front view, according to a first embodiment of our design.

FIG. 2 is a right side view of the control valve for a refrigerant compressor, according to a first embodiment of the design. A left side view of our design is identical to the right side view, according to a first embodiment of the design.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the control valve for a refrigerant compressor, according to a first embodiment of the design.

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the control valve for a refrigerant compressor, according to a first embodiment of the design.
