Claim: The ornamental design for an eyelash applique, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front view showing my new design for an eyelash applique in use;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left end elevational view thereof.
