Claim: The ornamental design for a telecommunications circuitry connection device, substantially as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front view of a telecommunications circuitry connection device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front disassembled and exploded view wherein components have been omitted for convenience of illustration and wherein all components shown are common to both the first and second embodiments; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1 with a cover and installed circuitry shown in broken lines.
