Claim: The ornamental design for an in-line roller skate upper shoe, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a pictorial view of an embodiment of an in-line roller skate upper shoe in accordance with our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view of the upper shoe of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the upper shoe of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear side elevational view of the upper shoe of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the upper shoe of FIG. 1;
