Claim: The ornamental design for a cigar ashtray, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cigar ashtray showing my new design; the cigar, as shown by broken lines, is for illustration purposes only and is not a part of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; the rear elevation view being a mirror image of the front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof.
