Claim: The ornamental design for a foldable hip and ridge roofing shingle, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top plan view;

FIG. 2 is a left side view;

FIG. 3 is a horizontal edge view;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a second embodiment;

FIG. 5 is a left side view;

FIG. 6 is a horizontal edge view;

FIG. 7 is a top view of a third embodiment

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIGS. 1 and 4;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of a fourth embodiment showing a reinforcing strip the top being the same as the top of the shingle in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of a fifth embodiment reinforcing strips, the top being the same as the top of the shingle in FIG. 1.

The manner of folding shown in FIG. 8 applies to all embodiments of the shingle design illustrated herein.
