Claim: The ornamental design for a handlebar, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handlebar showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the handlebar appearing the same when viewed from the opposite direction;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof taken from the left side as the handlebar is depicted in FIGS. 1 and 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken opposite to FIG. 3.
