Claim: The ornamental design for a thermostat remote subbase housing cover, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view as seen from the front, top and right side of a thermostat remote subbase housing cover in accordance with the applicants' design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the thermostat remote subbase housing cover;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the thermostat remote subbase housing cover; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view of the thermostat remote subbase housing cover.

The bottom plan and left side elevation views of the thermostat remote subbase housing cover are mirror images of the respective top plan and right side elevation views thereof. The rear of the cover does not comprise any part of the invention, and hence is not shown in the drawing.

The broken line showing is for illustrative purposes only, and also forms no part of the claimed design. More particularly, a base portion of the housing, illustrated in broken lines in the drawing, is included only to show the inventive cover design in the context of a complete thermostat remote subbase housing. Neither the base portion nor the features of the cover shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 3 form any part of the claimed invention.
