FIG. 1 is a top, front and side perspective of a held-held exercise device showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a top, rear and side perspective similar to FIG. 1 but with the exercise device having been rotated ninety degrees (90.degree.) about its transverse axis;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a frontal elevation thereof, the rear elevational view being identical;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is an side elevation thereof, the opposite end elevational view being identical.
