Claim: The ornamental design for a tree belt, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tree belt showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the tree belt;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the tree belt;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left end elevational view thereof. "

The belt is broken away in FIGS. 1,2,3 and 4 to show indeterminate length".
