Claim: The ornamental design for a knot tightener for fish hook line, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view from the top, front and right side of a knot tightener for fish hook line, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view thereof taken in the direction of the arrows along line 4--4 in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
