Claim: The ornamental design for an incremental coder, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front and upper left perspective view of an incremental coder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear and upper left perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof from the left of FIG. 5, the side opposite that shown in FIG. 7 being the mirror image thereof.
