Claim: The ornamental design for a ground-inserted surfboard support, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ground-inserted surfboard support according to my design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of such ground-inserted surfboard support, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of a ground-inserted surfboard support showing my present design, the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the ground-inserted surfboad support showing my design; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view showing a ground-inserted surfboard support having my design.
