Claim: The ornamental design for a portable one-leg seat as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the portable one-leg seat showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of my invention in disassembled and stored position thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a reverse perspective view of FIG. 4 of my invention in disassembled and stored position thereof.
