Claim: The ornamental design for an implement for controlling an electronic lock mechanism, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an implement for controlling an electronic lock showing our new design, the rear being identical in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a partial, vertical, cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 2.
