Claim: The ornamental design for a hand manipulated novelty, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the hand manipulated novelty embodying the design of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a typical side elevational view thereof, all sides being identical to the side shown in FIG. 4.
