Abstract:
Claim: The ornamental design for a headrest for a vehicle, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is an environmental front and right side perspective view of a headrest for a vehicle, showing my new design, the portion of the figure shown in broken lines representing the interior of a vehicle and forming no portion of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a rear and right side perspective view thereof, the left side view being substantially a mirror image with the exception of the zipper;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being substantially a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing on the surface of the design in the various figures represents conventional stitching.
