Claim: The ornamental design for a sobriety tester, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a sobriety tester showing my new design, shown with the mouth piece unattached;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view, the right side elevational view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
