Claim: The ornamental design for a bracket assembly for mounting a planter box on a rail or the like, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a top rear perspective view of a bracket assembly for mounting a planter on a rail or the like showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view taken from the right with a rail, and a planter box;
