Claim: The ornamental design for a shoe insert, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a shoe insert, showing our new design, the rear elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image of that shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side, rear and bottom perspective view thereof, the broken line showing of an athletic shoe being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.
