Claim: The ornamental design for a combined portable table and seating unit, as shown and described.
Description: FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined portable table and seating unit in a folded position, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view in an open position thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being identical thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
